Dear Members of the Shanahan University Community,

We are thrilled to share a momentous milestone in our journey. On Monday, April 13th, 2026, a team from the National Universities Commission (NUC) visited Shanahan University Onitsha for a crucial inspection as part of our application for a permanent license to operate.
The delegation conducted a thorough assessment of our laboratories, lecture halls, hostels, auditorium, and healthcare facilities. We are proud to announce that the inspection went exceptionally well, culminating in a productive meeting between the Vice Chancellor, the NUC team, and our dedicated university staff.

This visit marks a significant step toward securing our permanent status as a premier institution.
